Delivery

We aim to dispatch your orders out as quickly as possible, within 1-2 working days. We will contact you if any items are out of stock or being freshly baked to order so therefore may take longer.

If you are a Country Hounds Dog Daycare member your order will be delivered for FREE when we next drop off your dog. Please contact us if you don’t already have your coupon code that will need to be entered at checkout. If you need your order sooner then please contact us.

All postage times are from the date of despatch.

Orders under £40:

• Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch, via Royal Mail Tracked 48  – £4.50
• Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch, via Royal Mail Tracked 24  – £5.50

Orders over £40:

• Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch, via Royal Mail Tracked 48  – Free
• Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch, via Royal Mail Tracked 24  – £5.50

Delivery times posted above are estimated times only. As per our T&C’s delivery make take up to 14 working days. 

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we (or our courier) will leave you a note that we (or our courier) has attempted to make delivery of the Goods.  Please follow the instructions on the note to re-arrange the delivery.
